Clients often choose to submit tracking requests directly via ClickUp, share details through Google Docs or Google Sheets, or even record concise briefs with Loom videos - a great alternative for those who prefer a non-written method. For larger requests, we recommend breaking them down into smaller tasks.

How fast can I get started?

We pride ourselves on our efficiency! To ensure a smooth onboarding experience and to set up your accounts, we may need up to 48 hours before you can start submitting requests.

Are you available for a call?

Yes, it's possible to arrange a call in the case the request is completely blocked and needs to be unlocked. Please note, however, that this service is only available with advance notice and by subscribing to the Pro Plan.

I’m an agency, how can I use the service?

As an agency, integrating with our service is straightforward. You have two options: either add my email (hello@betterdatatoday.com) to your client's platforms, or grant me access using a shared email under your agency's domain (e.g., analytics@youragency.com). Both solutions are viable; simply choose the option that aligns with your convenience and efficiency preferences.

How to pause my subscription?

The pause feature is designed to accommodate instances where you may not have a sufficient volume of tracking requests for an entire month. This is a convenient solution if you currently only have one or two design requests.

Our billing cycles operate on a 31-day period. For example, if you sign up and use the service for 21 days, but decide to pause your subscription, the billing cycle will be suspended. You will then have 10 days of service remaining, available for use at your convenience in the future.

What kind of requests are not included?

Data Analysis: While we excel at navigating through data, generating insights on demand is a separate topic. For comprehensive data analysis, a separate project is recommended.

Admin & Coding: We're available to help with code installation and seamless tracking. However, please note that we don't provide support for server administration or custom application code creation.

Is there a refund policy if I'm unsatisfied with the service?

We do not offer refunds if you are dissatisfied with the service.
