Agency Partner Program

Managing the tracking layer behind your agency's client work.

Better Data Today runs the tracking layer for a small, selected roster of digital agencies, fully white-labeled, at a wholesale rate for committed monthly volume. Spots are limited, so every account gets senior attention.

The problem

When tracking breaks, client trust goes with it.

If something goes wrong, whether a duplicate purchase event on a client's Shopify store, a misfired Meta CAPI signal, or a Consent Mode v2 misconfiguration, it's usually the agency's account team that answers for it, whether or not they were responsible for the original setup. That undermines client trust every time.

Hiring a senior tracking specialist in-house means competing for scarce talent at £120–£180/h, usually for a role that isn't quite full-time.

That's the gap the Partner Program was built for.

What partnership looks like

A dedicated tracking practice for all your clients.

01

Portfolio oversight across client accounts

One senior lead learns every client property in your book, runs monthly QA cycles across all active accounts, and catches signal-health issues before they show up in a client performance review.

02

White-labeled by default

Deliverables ship under your agency's brand, including audits, tracking plans, dashboards, and meeting notes. We can work from an optional agency-domain email address (you@youragency.com) for client-facing communication.

03

Priority queue, 48hr turnaround

Partner Program work skips the intake queue and routes requests through ClickUp, docs, or Loom. A named senior lead handles every request, with no ticket-shuffling and no offshore stack.

04

24-hour written diagnostics

When something breaks on a client account, you get a written diagnostic within 24 hours, covering the cause, the blast radius, the fix path, and the prevention plan. It's something your account team can forward straight to the client, no translation needed.

05

Cross-account dashboards

You get a single Looker Studio view of tracking health across every client we run for you, covering signal firing rates, consent mode coverage, POAS readiness, and audit scores. All in one command layer.

06

Monthly review

Every month, you get a written review of what shipped, what's next, and where risk is accumulating. No surprises at renewal.

How the program works

Limited agency slots, filled by application.

The roster is kept deliberately small so attention never gets diluted.

Wholesale rate

A price tied to your monthly volume.

Partner Program pricing runs on a wholesale hourly rate, discussed on the intake call. It applies to any agency committing to a minimum monthly volume, typically 15+ hours a month, or to a defined multi-project engagement. The rate is not published here; it's calibrated to your typical scope and client mix on that same intake call.

Application flow

5 steps from application to first sprint.

1 Submit application (10 min)
2 Intake call within 5 business days
3 Written partnership agreement
4 Onboarding sprint (2 weeks)
5 First month of active work
Term

1-month trial, then a 3-month minimum.

After that, it's month-to-month with 30 days' notice. No auto-renewals and no lock-in.

FAQ

Common questions.

How is this different from just hiring a senior freelancer?
Freelancers work for you and break continuity when they take another gig. The Partner Program integrates you into a tracking practice instead: you get portfolio-level dashboards, monthly QA cycles across client accounts, an escalation workflow, white-label defaults, and a named senior lead with a minimum of 3-month continuity.
What does the wholesale rate actually mean?
Partner Program agencies get a lower hourly rate than direct-brand engagements pay on our homepage, in exchange for committing to a minimum monthly volume (typically 15+ hours a month), or to a defined multi-project engagement. The rate itself is discussed on the intake call, based on your typical scope. We don't publish it because it's calibrated per agency.
How does the waitlist work?
Applications are worked through in the order received. If yours is next in line and a spot opens, we'll contact you to get things going.
Do we get access to your team, or just you?
You get me directly, with no account manager layer, no junior handoffs, and no offshore delivery. As BDT grows (planned 1–2 hires over the next 12–18 months), Partner Program agencies get first access to the expanded capacity.
Can we work with you outside the Partner Program?
Yes. For one-off projects or audits, agencies can engage us at the same rates published on the homepage (direct-brand rates). The Partner Program discount applies only to committed monthly volume. Many agencies start with a one-off project and apply to the Program once ongoing volume becomes clear.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes, on request, before the intake call.
Can you work directly with our clients, under our agency's brand?
Yes, white-label is the default. We can work from an optional agency-domain email address for client-facing communication, join client calls as your senior tracking team when useful, and ship every deliverable (audits, tracking plans, dashboards, and docs) under your brand.
What if a client we're serving under the Partner Program wants to hire you directly?
We won't accept direct engagement from an end-client we were introduced to through a Partner Program agency, for the length of your partnership with us, plus 12 months after. That's written into the partnership agreement.
